Beef short ribs are always readily available. They are from the shoulder and tend to be a slow cook but have lots of flavour and are fantastic for the bbq when prepared properly.
TOP TIP: Steam for 45 minutes the day before using on the bbq and cool; you can marinate them over night and then they will heat quickly on the bbq with a nice smokey flavour. TOP TIP: A bbq sauce with honey and brown sugar really make this a special bbq treat
